Exchanges and Returns

If you have made a purchase through the Bielus Distribuidora Ltda website and, after delivery, found that the product did not meet your expectations or your needs were not satisfied, you may request the cancellation of your order directly through our Customer Service Center at +55 (11) 97886-0836 or via email at contato@bielus.com

However, it is important to pay attention to the rules below:

Purchase Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

According to current legislation in Brazil, established by the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), customers who make purchases in online stores have up to seven (7) calendar days after receiving the order and/or product to request withdrawal from the purchase.

In accordance with Article 49 of this legislation, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days from signing or from the receipt of the product or service, whenever the transaction occurs outside a physical commercial establishment, especially by phone, internet, or at home.

"Sole paragraph – If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided in this article, any amounts paid, under any title, during the reflection period, shall be refunded immediately, with monetary adjustment."

NOTE: Any intention of cancellation, withdrawal, or warranty claim must be communicated to our Customer Service Center via phone or email before returning the product(s). Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Return of Goods
The return must be made via postal services. Correios for small packages, or carriers for large items, with prior scheduling through our Customer Service Center.
The product must be returned with shipping costs paid by the customer, to the address provided by Customer Service.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
The product must be returned along with the order number and purchase invoice.
The product must show no signs of use.

ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted as returns and will be automatically sent back to the original address.

In such cases, Bielus Distribuidora Ltda reserves the right to charge a new shipping fee.

Refunds
Credit card: Refunds may appear on subsequent billing statements, processed directly by the payment provider.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the product(s) by our Quality Control team. The product must show no signs of use.
Rules for Products Without Defects

New Product

New products may be exchanged within 30 days, provided they are returned in the same condition as received (original packaging and unused).
Return must be made via postal services (Correios for small packages or carriers for large items), with prior scheduling.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
The product must show no signs of use.
It must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
The return must be arranged via postal services or carriers.
Product Replacement
You may choose another item according to stock availability in our online store.
All exchange-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The replacement product must be of equal value. Any price difference must be paid accordingly.
Rules for Defective Products

Return of Goods

The return must be made via postal services or carriers, with prior scheduling.
The customer must send the purchase invoice along with the product.
A written description of the alleged defect and how the product was used must be included.

ATTENTION: Products sent outside these conditions will not be accepted for defect analysis and will be returned to the sender.

Defect Analysis
Defects will be evaluated by our Quality Control team.
The average analysis and return period is up to 30 days.
If the Claim is Approved
The customer will receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
If the same model is unavailable, the customer may choose another product within the same value range.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
If the Claim is Rejected
The product will be returned without replacement.

Reasons for rejection include:

No defect found.
Evidence of improper use.
Evidence of accidental damage.
Natural wear from use.

The product will be returned with an inspection report and without replacement.
